Placing your Order

Orders can be made by phone or email. Payment may be made either by Euro cheque (please allow me to confirm your order before sending payment) or by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, etc. through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this facility.

To place an order by email please follow the steps below:

Look through the galleries and choose your favorite two colours for the horse and the scrollwork. For a dragon, choose two colours for the main body and the underbelly.

Choose a size by looking at the table below.

Email me with your size and colour choices, plus details of any names or dates you would like to have added to the decoration, and if you would like to add a hanger peg to your order. Your postal address will also be needed so I can calculate the cost of postage for registered worldwide delivery.
4)
I will email you a Paypal 'Click to Pay' invoice which can be securely paid with any major credit card. If the name on the card is not your own, please email me with the name on the card only so that I will know who the order relates to, do not send any other card details. Payments will be processed at my 'Iron Mountain Enterprises' page on the Paypal website.
5)
When I receive your payment I will commence work on your horse or dragon. Time taken to complete work on an order is typically one to two weeks. If your order is urgent please let me know your deadline.

Choosing the right size of hobby horse:

The length of the horse should be near to, but preferrably less than the height of the child.
