Each horse is unique. They are all hand-crafted, hand-stained and hand-painted. Each one is signed by Dan and individually numbered.

Size guide
Small - Newborn gift or interior accessory
Medium - Age 3
Large - Age 4 to 5
X Large - Age 5 to 6
Commissions are taken for larger horses.

Eco Sensitive
This is an eco-conscious product and workshop. The horses are cut from locally sourced Leitrim windfall timber. All practices, materials and procedures from design to delivery favour eco-sensitive options wherever available.

Paints & Finishes
Finishes are all non-toxic and approved for use on children's toys. They are:
Old Fashioned Milk Paint - An organic paint pioneered by the Shakers on their furniture. VOC free.
Auro Natural Paints - water-based paints and lacquer. VOC free.
Tung nut oil - VOC free.
Acrylic paints and varnish. Low VOCs.
VOC = Volatile Organic Compound - environmentally damaging compounds, high concentrations of which are found in many oil based paints and varnishes.

Care of your horse
To clean, wipe with a damp cloth. Do not leave outdoors. Provide plenty of imagination and exercise often!
